Windber Borough Council Meetings are held on the second Monday of the month at the Windber Borough Municipal Building at 1401 Graham Avenue @ 7:00PM. A second meeting will be held only if needed on the fourth Monday of the month.
Windber Boro has contracted with Grannas Bros. as the lowest bidder on the 2026 paving program. Weather permitting, the work will take place as noted below.
