Windber Borough is authorized to discharge from a regulated small municipal separate storm sewer system (MS4) located in Windber Borough, Somerset County to Paint Creek and Seese Run in Watershed 18-E in accordance with effluent limitations, monitoring requirements and other conditions set forth within NPDES Permit No. PAG136340.
